"They say a good realtor should go the extra mile for their clients. Caitlin went above and beyond as our realtor. We met Caitlin a year before purchasing our home and from the very start she was and remained professional throughout, knowledgeable, helpful and always available for whatever questions/queries we had and we had a lot !What stood out the most though is her knowledge of not only the area (since we were first time homebuyers who also had just moved from NYC to Valdosta) , but also the ins and outs needed when purchasing a home . We felt safe guarded and understood throughout. Her guidance and advice was never overwhelming or pushy. We asked for her suggestion in many instances due to her experience and she would never force an idea on us , but instead would provide useful suggestion.Caitlin was more than a realtor to us and helped make our move to Valdosta the easiest it can be with 2 kids ( baby and toddler). She was great with the kids who were not always fond of house hunting and always offered to help. She was always punctual and offered to drive us. We wanted to look at so many houses, she was very patient with us and made sure we saw each one of them even after we found the house we ended buying. We can confidently say that Caitlin found our beautiful house for us and we are forever grateful. On closing day we were calm and excited because of the how Caitlin prepared us and due to her presence overall during closing.I can’t recommend her enough.God bless you Caitlin for making a family very happy.
